Your Bulldog Tracker needs a 24/7 data link available on the mobile phone networks to allow the tracker to communicate with our servers and provide up to date tracking information.
If you have opted for Pay As You Go tracking, your account needs to be in credit to allow your tracker to access the networks. We automatically keep your account topped and will collect £10 from your credit / debit card when your balance becomes low. When payment is collected you will receive an email confirming the collection and the description will shows as "Bulldog Tracking Pre-pay Data Usage Credit". We add the money collected to your account.
