When British Summer Time (BST) starts, your online tracking web account may show the wrong time and be one hour out. To correct this, log into your account:
Select System Settings, select Time zone, select GMT during Daylight Saving Time (DST) and GMT+1:00 during British Summer Time (BST). Click Confirm
