If you think your tracker is not working as expected we can assist you, however we will need some information from you:


1. Please raise a ticket by clicking here

2. Within the ticket, please include:

  • The tracker name as shown within the tracking app.
  • The lights that are showing on your tracker. Some trackers (TR35) have a single LED indicator that flashes a sequence, other trackers have 2 or 3 LED's that will either flash or be permanently lit. We need details of what the flashing sequence for a single LED or the state of each LED where the tracker has more than one.
  • A brief explanation of what you believe the issue is.


Without the above information we are unable to assist you.


3. Submit your ticket and one of our technical team will investigate and get back to you after running diagnostics on the tracker and the mobile network.
