Firstly,Compare your old key with the new key profile to see if any of the cuts looks visibly different. If the key cut does look different then we would require you to send an original key back to us along with the incorrect key clearly labelled (which key is the original and which is the incorrect key) and also full contact details including name, address, email and phone number. If you are unable to send back an original key then we would require images of the key, so that all 10 key cuts can be assessed. The Photographs need to be taken at 90 degree intervals of the key showing the view from the top looking down on the nib, the second with the nib to the right, the third with the nib facing down and lastly, one with the nib facing to the left.
